This is the list our crews carry into your home.
Floors
- Hard floors mopped with a pH-neutral cleaner
- Carpet, rugs, and hard floors vacuumed
Kitchen
- Outside of every appliance wiped
- Inside of the microwave cleaned
- Cabinet fronts spot cleaned
- Counters and horizontal surfaces wiped
Bathrooms
- Bathrooms cleaned top to bottom
Living areas
- Ceiling fans and hanging lights dusted
- Sofa wiped and vacuumed, outside of the cushions
- Switch plates cleaned
- Doors and trim wiped
Detail work
- Baseboards at Level 1
- Blinds at Level 1
- Everything reachable up to a three-step ladder

What we never do
On a recurring plan, these stay off the list. Knowing where the edges are beats finding out on the day.
- Window cleaning
- Dishes
- Laundry
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
- Moving furniture or appliances: the fridge, the oven, the washer and dryer
- The inside of the washer and dryer
- Biohazards: mold, bodily fluids, pet waste
- Anything above three-step ladder height
- Chandeliers
- Wiping light bulbs
- Scrubbing painted walls
- Wiping or washing mini blinds, which are dusted only
- Organizing, or homes with heavy clutter or trash
- Hauling trash off-site
- The outside of the house
- Cleaning while other contractors are working in the home
