Every visit, every time

Your house gets the time it takes.Fewer homes a day, so yours isn't the one that gets rushed.Everyone who walks in is background-checked and works for us.On our payroll, and they pull up in a RESAIL car, so you always know who is in your driveway. The kids and the dog get the floor back the minute we leave. The right product for every surface, matched to stone, wood, tile, and fine finishes. The dust leaves in our vacuums, not into your air. What the vacuum picks up stays inside it, and the bag leaves with us, so nothing gets dumped back out in your house.Your floors get washed with clean water, first room to last. Two buckets with a scrubber between them: the mop is rinsed, scrubbed, then dipped in clean water before it touches your floor again. You never have to check behind them. Before the crew leaves, the crew lead checks every room against your plan, so the standard holds without you chasing it.

What it’s like

Your neighbors, in their own words.

The crew that came today was phenomenal and we couldn't be more pleased. We have 3 dogs that all shed, you try to keep up, but their fur finds its way everywhere. Our house is spotless… Signed one happy customer.

Ask the harder questions

What happens when the crew changes?

It will, sometimes, and your clean won't depend on it. Your preferences stay on file and every crew works to the same written standard, so the people can change while the result stays the same. If anything is ever off, the double-back guarantee makes it right.

Do I have to explain my house again every visit?

No. Everything you tell us goes on file the first time, from the door code to the dog's name to the shelf you'd rather we left alone. Whoever comes reads it before they walk in, so the third visit goes the way the first one did.

What if the quality slips and I don't say anything?

Most misses never reach you, because the crew lead walks every room against the written checklist before they leave your home. If one does get past them, tell us within 24 hours and the re-clean is free. If you notice later, tell us anyway: it goes on your file, and the next crew handles it first. Either way, the standard is ours to hold, and you don't have to watch for it.

Who is actually walking into my house?

Background-checked cleaners who work for RESAIL, on our payroll and trained to the same standard. They arrive in a RESAIL car, so you know who is in your driveway before anyone knocks. Crews run two to four people, based on the size of your home.

Will the price change on me?

Not without you seeing it first. One flat price for the whole job, and you approve it before we start. See the pricing page.

What if I want out?

Then you're out. There is no contract. We earn your next visit with this one, and you can pause, change, or cancel anytime.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Most clients share a door code or leave a key, and we text you a reminder before we arrive.

Is it normal to feel weird about hiring a cleaner?

It is more normal than you think. About one in six homes in the country now uses a cleaning service. A lot of people feel guilty at first, then wonder why they waited so long. The guilt usually lasts until the first visit. Then it is Saturday, the house is done, and you are on the floor with the kids instead of behind them with a mop.

Ready to walk in and have it done?

Tell us about your house. We’ll take it from there.
