A lead watches you clean every kind of room and signs you off. From here, you can follow any home's plan.
Shine
Nobody needs to check behind you. Your rooms score high, clean after clean, and clients start to name you in their reviews.
Lead
You run a crew of two to four and own the day's plans. You check every home before the crew leaves it.
Train
You take a new person from day one to their own sign-off. When you want it, this stage is yours to earn.
These stages show how people grow here. They are not a promise of a title, a pay rate, or a date.
The questions
The usual questions
Do I need cleaning experience?
No. We train you on our plan from day one, room by room, beside a trainer. We look for people who take care of things, not cleaning resumes.
What does it pay?
We talk pay on the first call, with straight numbers. No games and no surprises after you start.
Am I an employee or a contractor?
An employee, on our payroll with taxes handled, rather than a 1099 worker booked through an app.
What are the hours?
Monday through Friday, between 8:00 and 6:30. We do not work weekends.
Do I bring my own supplies?
No. We supply the vacuums, the mopping system, and the products, and we maintain them.
What happens after I reach out?
A person reads your message, and if it looks like a fit, we call you back, usually within a couple of days, and pay comes up on that first call.
